David Done OBE appointed as Strategic Advisor for VerseOne Group
We are delighted to announce that we have appointed David Done OBE as Strategic Advisor to VerseOne Group. David was the founder and CEO of Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) for 23 years, during which time it was known for its customer service excellence, digital innovation and strong culture. He is currently chairman of Gateway Housing and a non-executive director on the board of Golding Homes.
David will be working closely with our Social Housing team on how best to deliver maximum benefits to our customers from VerseOne’s comprehensive range of digital solutions, especially given the evolving needs of this strategic sector. The landscape for Registered Providers (RPs) is particularly challenging, with squeezed surpluses hurting finances and new consumer standards putting additional legislative and regulatory pressures on boards. David will act as a strategic advisor to VerseOne’s Board as well as supporting us with events as a speaker and thought leader, helping executives to overcome these challenges with digital technology solutions.
