Win Story: VerseOne to work with Apex Housing Association enhance their digital customer experience (CX)

We are excited to announce our new partnership with Apex Housing Association (Apex) to deliver a cutting-edge digital solution that enhances customer engagement. Established in 1965 as Derry Housing Association, Apex has a long history of addressing housing needs across Northern Ireland. Today, Apex continues to provide purpose-built accommodation tailored to the specific requirements of its customers, managing over 6,000 homes.

As part of our upcoming project with Apex, VerseOne will develop a user-centred, self-service customer portal that enables their customers to be in the driving seat of their own digital engagement, empowering them to find the information they need, when they need it. Plus, by integrating with Apex's Housing Management System (HMS), the portal will provide a seamless and personalised experience, allowing customers to access and update key information on their tenancy, property details, repairs, and repair bookings in real-time.

Apex will also benefit from using VerseOne's App solution, incorporating biometric logins and push notification functionality to enhance accessibility and user experience. Once development is complete, we will move into the implementation and quality assurance phases to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
