East End Homes' elevate user experience with newly released website redesign

We're thrilled to announce that East End Homes' new website redesign is now live!

East End Homes approached VerseOne to help them create a user-friendly platform where residents and staff can easily find the information they need when they need it, and learn about organisational initiatives and services through mobile responsive content.

To kick the project off, we hosted a series of workshops to gather both resident and staff feedback to understand their needs, and the shape and structure of the new website came to live. From this, key objectives for the website were identified, including easy access to contact details, parking information, repair reporting, and emergency procedures. The new website also needed to provide guidance around making complaints and information on their welfare services as a housing association. Additionally, the site also now features articles on donations and offers support and advice to the community.

This compelling new website is designed to be promotional, engaging, and informative, ensuring a seamless user experience for East End Homes residents. Visitors can now effortlessly navigate the site, whether they're looking to call the office, use the live chat, or find specific information about the services offered by East End Homes.

This project is just one of many in which VerseOne Group has worked with housing associations across the country to enhance the tenant experience by delivering self-service user experiences that stay true to brand identity and put the tenant in the driving seat of customer interactions.

To see the newly designed website for yourself, take a look at East End Homes. Thank you to everyone involved for making this project a success and we look forward to collaborating on more projects in the future!
