Norfolk Community Health and Care (NCHC) NHS Trust’s new intranet goes live!
Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust (NCH&C) provides community-based NHS health and care to everyone, from babies to the elderly, via more than 70 different service locations across Norfolk as well as providing a specialist Early Supported Discharge service to stroke patients in Norfolk and Suffolk.
Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust approached VerseOne for a new staff intranet to help connect the people, tools, and information across their workplace after the equally successful launch of their website in 2020. This has been a great project to work on and represents a great extension to NCHC’s existing digital offering.
The customer is very pleased with the end result with Tom Bamford, Communication Project Manager, advising that everyone is really impressed with the new design look and feel, and also the functionality offering – particularly where the search function is concerned. Indeed, the solution has been quoted as:
Lightyears ahead of what we previously had.
This sentiment has been echoed at the very highest levels of the Trust, with the CEO apparently remarking that the new intranet is the best they have ever seen.
This is a fantastic piece of feedback and is a testament to the hard work that the team has invested during the course of the project.
