We're delighted to announce a new partnership between VerseOne and Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (MKUH), a leading district general hospital serving over half a million patients annually across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Oxfordshire. With 550 beds and more than 4,400 dedicated staff, MKUH plays a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare across the region.

VerseOne will be working closely with MKUH to design and build a brand-new staff intranet that will serve as a central, engaging, and informative hub for staff. Accessible from any modern PC, tablet, or smartphone, the new intranet will provide a responsive and intuitive experience that supports staff at every level, wherever they are located. The platform will be designed to grow and evolve over time, with scope for the addition of new features and modules as the needs of the Trust develop.

Our collaborative approach will see the VerseOne Creative team working in partnership with the MKUH project team to design mock-ups that follow both NHS and MKUH brand guidelines. These designs ensure a user-centred information architecture and design, to ensure an enhanced employee experience (EX) by surfacing the right information for staff when they need it, and in a format they understand.

To bring the intranet to life, we'll follow an agile sprint-based development process. This phased approach allows for continual feedback and iteration, giving the MKUH team regular opportunities to shape the outcome throughout the build. Accessibility will also be a key consideration, with tools and features embedded to ensure that the platform is inclusive for all users no matter the challenges they face.

Since 2004, VerseOne has empowered over 100 organisations across the NHS and Social Housing sectors through our flexible and secure digital experience platform (VerseOne DXP). With a focus on personalisation, automation, and integration, we enable organisations to build meaningful digital experiences that last.

We're excited to support MKUH in delivering a future-ready intranet that truly meets the needs of its staff. Watch this space as the project progresses!
