Summary
Our bi-annual Senior Advisory Board unties C-Suite social housing influencers to discuss the sector's pressing topics, and provide insights and expertise to help share knowledge, lessons learnt and innovative strategies that can move the sector forward and drive organisational change.
For our first Senior Advisory Board Meeting of 2025, we will be meeting in-person to further leverage the networking benefits of this event, followed by a networking lunch to enable attendees to carry on the conversation in a more informal setting. The event will take place in Central London on Tuesday 8th July from 09:30am - 12:00pm.
Our last meeting in November 2024 saw 7 Senior Leaders from across the UK - who combined manage over 250,000 stock - discuss topics such as regulatory pressure, data governance and technology. Interesting points around the benefits of AI in proactively reporting repairs, as well as the true importance of DE&I data and unclear guidance from the Regulator were made throughout the session.
This year, to ensure our agenda features the latest challenges facing the sector, we are in the process of finalising the formal agenda which is provisionally centred around how to reduce risk, data governance, and the benefits of centralising business operations.
