Summary
The Regulator for Social Housing released the new consumer standards on 29th February 2024. Under these new standards, landlords will face unprecedented scrutiny to ensure that all housing stock is decent, safe and well-maintained and that tenants are treated with fairness and respect.
As we're now a few months into the new regulations, we want to encourage housing providers to learn from one another and implement a winning digital strategy that provides peace of mind and ensures compliance under the new regulations. That's why we're hosting a peer-to-peer discussion-based webinar to discuss how your current strategy is working and the changes housing associations are making to meet the new standards.
The agenda will cover:

- For each standard: how are you ensuring compliance and what technologies could help?
- What are the consequences of non-compliance?
